DLI is pleased to announce that our 56th annual Summer School will take place in its usual UL venue 23-30 July 2022. Director Ollie Kenny looks forward to welcoming you all back to join us in University of Limerick .

Fees for 2022 are as follow:
Residential: DLI Members €475  /  Non-members €555
Non-Residential: DLI Members €275  / Non-members €320

Course A is for those who are new to drama or to drama workshops, and for those who have some experience.

Suitable for all levels, from novice to experienced actors.

Course C:

Building A World – Character, Ensemble and the Embodied Imagination

Tutor: Declan Drohan

Suitable for actors with some experience.

Course D:

Games Are the Work: Unlocking One-Act Plays

Tutor: Thomas Conway

The course is designed for directors and actors of all abilities and levels of experience.

Course E:

Digging Deeper for Detail

Tutor: Sue Colgrave

This is a workshop for experienced actors and directors.

Course F:

Playwriting

Tutor: Karin McCully

For those who wish to explore the world of playwriting.
